Fees
The
fee for the weekend is kept as low as possible to
allow even the most humble associations to take
part without charging their limited budgets to
much. So participants pay only a ‘solidarity
fee’ of 35 euro p.p. (non members) or 25 euro
p.p. (members and representatives of member
organisations). Speakers only pay 17,50
euro.
This participation fee covers the conference
folder, the documentation the coffee breaks in
Kortrijk and Zwevegem, and a sandwich lunch in
Zwevegem.
Hotel costs and meals are not included in the
participation fee.
The bus tour of Sunday 18th of November is facultative
and costs 25 euro p.p. (sandwich lunch and coffee
breaks included)

announcing your participation (and what
organisation you are representing) to the
secretariat
and by transferring 35, 25 or 17,50 euro (+ 25 euro
for those taking part in the bus tour of
Sunday)
