For those who come early: Friday 16.11.2007: Kortrijk
• 14.00 - 17.00: registration of the participants and distribution of the congress folders takes place in the 'Erfgoedhuis Kortrijk' (Heritage center Kortrijk) - free visits offered to the city museums of Kortrijk
• 19.00 - 21.00: wellcome, introductory lecture "Some aspects of industrial archaeology in the Flax Valley", guided visit tot the National Flax Museum, followed by a drink and informal get together in the bar of the museum.

Saturday 17.11.2007 : Zwevegem
• 09.00: bus leaving from Kortrijk to the power station of Zwevegem
• 09.30: opening of the meeting and start of the activities
• 10.00-12.00 : (plenum and/or worksessions): presentations of experiences and activities by the participants
• 12.00-13.00 : pannel discussion on the possibilities of European and bordercrossing cooperation between industrial and technical heritage organisations (with the new E.U. programme Culture 2007 in mind, not excluding the other E.U. programmes of course)
• 14.00-15.00 : guided visit to the power station, now in progress of transformation into multifunctional culture, music, sports and conference center
• 15.30-17.00 : worksessions: presentations of experiences and activities by the participants
• 17.00-18.30 : discussion of twinning between organisations; launch of the E-FAITH twinning campaign
• 19.00: bus returning to Kortrijk
• free evening in Kortrijk

Sunday 18.11.2007
• 09.30: bus leaving from a tour visiting the industrial heritage of the region: flax, energy and steam, small enterprises
• shuttle will bring participants - who have to leave earlier - to the railway station of Kortrijk
• 18.00: bus back in Kortrijk (railway station); free evening in Kortrijk
